so the hospital spelled me son middle name wrong on both birth certificate and social security card, how do I fix it?

it's on the birth certificate too. do I call the social security place or the hospital? I need this fixed @haydensmommy5

@haydensmommy5, I checked over that paper 5 tines before I gave it to the lady. they mixed 2 letters around

Can you talk to the health department? They usually are the ones who issue those and they allow name changes
