really need help!
my baby daddy finally left but hes saying if I walk outside he will have me jumped or he himself will drag me by my hair...but he's saying as soon as my son's born hes gonna have him taken away from me...he is unfit and was abusive towards me. he knows someone high up in social services and they told him he can....I'm scared for my son and for myself and would love answer. he denies that finlee is his son and just told me he's gonna put him in a foster home where hes better. what do u ladies know about him getting custody or what not please!!!

well keep every text message he will have to get a paternity test. you can always say he's not the father then he will have to get that to prove he is. show texts as proof do not delete anything.

Get legal aid if you can't afford a lawyer, and file a police report ASAP. Ask them to refer you to legal aid. File a restraining order. Let them know at the hospital he has threatened you and they won't even let him on that floor, which means he will not be able to establish paternity.. Which will buy you some time to get this sorted out, and a legal aid lawyer will definitely help you out with the person who's high up in social services if you are uneasy about it. (which is bullshit he can't do shit, they have to prove you are unfit). Keep every phone record if there are any and stop replying to him. Go now. They will take it seriously the sooner you go from when it happened. Keep yourself calm most of all, I know it's hard but were all here for you!
