Get some butts bees baby bee butt cream! It's literally heaven! I used it just for one night after destin and butt paste wasn't working, and it was looking better with just one use! His rash isn't as irritated and swollen anymore it's just flat and dry and slowly going away

You may need to try different diapers.

Tons of aquaphor!!!! And let it air out if u can. Im having the same issue bt my daughter is teething so shes got diarrhea it sucks and she got a diaper rash now too😞😞😞

you can do with and without..maybe a nice bath and have her go diaperless without the cream for a bit, then before you put a diaper back on slap on some cream

What diaper brand do you use? It was like that when my son was born. We ran out of Pampers from the hospital and he kept getting rashes using Huggies. Turns out he was allergic to Huggies. You should try Mom To Mom diapers. Safe way and Costco sell them. Cheap too! Our son is a size 3 and their only $24. Do you wipe her at night when you change her?

Yeah Huggies seem to have alot of effects on senstive babies.

have any of you had any experience with the honest company diapers?

@aaquino, yeah mines been going 6-8times it sux but it seems to be getting better, and her bottom is clearing up n i use LUVS diapers
