just asking what do you put in the bath after birth to help heal tears? so sore

Witch Hazel or salt..that's what my mum said :) But I just relied on the nice hot water :) I was cut so had stitches xxx

Salt bath definitely helped me healed quicker does sting but deffo worth it and nice and warm :) xx

@natsbabyboy any salt will do I just used plan table salt also I got told not to use any soap or bubble bath but after a while you feel abit minty so use some of your baby's bath stuff if it's okay to go on there delicate little skin then am sure we're fine to use it x
