Completely hand expressed from both sides. I feel pumping causes overproduction in me and causes pain. With hand expression, I have a gentle fullness that's still soft and not hard. I only do this when I have to be somewhere for an extended period of time like a court house where it's hard to breast feed without an obnoxious audience.

Hand expressing does cause labor 😩 I was only trying g to relieve the ridiculous pressure I have! Ugh don't do it!
