Completely hand expressed from both sides. I feel pumping causes overproduction in me and causes pain. With hand expression, I have a gentle fullness that's still soft and not hard. I only do this when I have to be somewhere for an extended period of time like a court house where it's hard to breast feed without an obnoxious audience.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
