How do you stop breast feeding? Like your boobs keep making milk and it's painful to not get it it out... How do you tell your body your done?

Slowly weaning. Like cut out one feeding at a time to avoid mastitis. Cabbage leaves. Wrapping your breasts.

You have to wean. Google how to wean from breastfeeding and LA Leche league and kellymom have good articles on it
