let's talk first pp period... I am 9 weeks pp. At 6 weeks pp I received the depo shot, and I returned to work at 7 weeks pp. Up until I started back to work I exclusively breastfed with exception of maybe 3 bottles in those 7 weeks. When I started back to work I started pumping to supplement the missing feedings. Since returning to work I have been spotting, and cramping but then on my two days off (I exclusively breastfeed on those two days) it lightens up? Is this normal?
