i need help im swallowing a ring of fire no matter what i drink what i take this heartburn wont give on a scale of 1-10 im at like 12 im hurting so bad what can i do ?! im about to walk into l&d just for this !! i cant take it.

i literally just suffered through it. i got some relief right now but im just being extra picky with what im eating and if its worth the heartburn lol. thank you so much for your advice though. @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom
Unfortunately nothing. I felt like that too throughout the majority of my pregnancy and the last couple of months, the only time I would get relief was when I threw up 😔 no matter what pain meds I tried taking or was prescribed by my doctor, nothing helped. You just have to stick it out my love. You're almost there!! Once you have baby it'll be gone, I know it sucks but just something you have to go through.

it used to in my first trimester now if i try it i get really bad heartburn for about 30 mins then throw up. i just called L&D and asked them what i should do and she really told me to leave a voicemail for my dr office so they can give me an answer like wtf 😣😣 @skyy12221 @zaysmomma @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom @anthonysmommie072816 Thank you guys though. i feel like i may seem a bit dramatic but this pain is so real and terrible. 😷
@mommyofdoubletrouble, peppermint candy is the only thing that helps me... have you tried that? I'm so sorry you're going through this but if you can't take it any longer I'd go to the hospital.

I would go in. Tell them about your extreme heartburn and ask for a blood test. Not saying this is what you have, but I was hospitalized and I thought I was having the worst heartburn ever and I started going into liver failure. It's a pregnancy condition called HELLP syndrome. They would have to draw some blood and check a few things, but you can go in. They'll probably give you a GI cocktail and see if that helps. Keep me updated momma. You're the one who knows your body best, and if you're in that much pain then it's better to be seen.

If the pain is continuous, gets worse and you start throwing up you can go be seen. Seems like you just had some bad heartburn though, and as shitty as it is, it's part of pregnancy. Take it easy momma.
