how long after giving birth did you guys resume sex with your partner? I'm about 5 weeks postpartum and had intercourse last night. it didn't hurt at first but afterwards i have severe cramps. like period cramps.

Has anyone had really bad cramps (Like Af was coming) and ended up pregnant? ?

That's totally normal. The first couple times I had sex after delivery, I was kinda sore and got light cramping for like an hour
