bubba is already eating 4 oz every 2 to 3 hours . hes gonna be a chunk 🙈

My baby is the same way! He's ate 4oz ever since we brought him home and now he eats 4-5oz every feeding.

Yeah I don't think they can eat too much. I'd feel better if I didn't have to force mine to eat. I feel bad if she don't eat much lol. She's only 6 pounds 10 ounces though.

sometimes he doesnt eat the whole 4 oz . so at least i know he isnt like , gorging himself . im gonna ask at his appointment anyways but i dont think after 2 kids my mom would point me in a wrong direction . @mischell

I had to start feeding her every three hours she was constantly spitting up. So they told me to space it out to 3.5 hours but she usually gets hungry around 3 hours. I wanted formula in the hospital I couldn't get much out the day before my milk came in. The just brought me a spoon and a serenge and told me to squeeze into the spoon an feed her that way. At least you have no worries about not eating. My baby lost so much weight at first n has only gained 10oz in 2 weeks.

that makes me feel better . i just feel like thats so much and hes not even two weeks . idk . if hes hungry , hes hungry . im not gonna take it from him . @evasmommy626

No need to panic! I was worried I was over feeding my daughter & her pedi (who was also mine & im 21) told me it's not possible to over feed or spoil a baby!

everyone makes me feel weird when i say hes a week and four days and eating 4oz every 2 to 3 hours so i panic 😅 @evasmommy626

My daughter eats 4 oz & sometimes up to 6 oz! She's 3 weeks old. It's not possible to over feed a baby :) if they're hungry, feed them!

his first appt is soon . if hes hungry , im not gonna make him starve . they TRIED in the hospital . they refused to give me formula . because i produced nothing and he wouldnt latch . i tried pumping , nipple shields , everything . he didnt eat for almost 2 days and i had to make my mom come and make them give me formula . @mischell

I had to google how much she was supposed to eat lol. She's over three weeks old Friday. My problem is she falls asleep after 1-2 oz. n when o breast feed i feel like she gets less then 2. She's gaining though so I guess it's okay lol.

hes almost 2 weeks old . he was eating 2 in the hospital . then he came home and would scream and cry and eat his hands after 3 oz . so my mom said up it to 4 and usually hes milk drunk after 😂 sometimes he only drinks 3 oz tho . i thought i was over feeding him but apparently its pretty normal . @mischell
