literally no one cares to help unless it benefits them. work cut Alex's overtime for absolutely no reason and now that he only works 40 hours a week we can't even afford groceries once we pay bills... they know I'm pregnant, and they know we're struggling and they told us straight up no to getting his overtime back. I'm so beyond stressed all I want to do is cry

you can get food stamps while pregnant. working or not, I got $350 a month for just me and pregnant. I wasn't working at all, sonde you work 20 hours a week you'll get 1 something or 2 something but it's still something

depending on the state, you can't get food stamps. I make $7.50 an hr and my fiancé makes $7.75 an hr and they say we make too much for assistance.

get wic also. it helps cut down the grocery bill. especially if your aren't working you qualify
