Good morning ladies ☺️ unfortunately I've just woken up after a night in hospital as about 10am yesterday morning I went to the toilet & lost my plug then about half hour later contractions started & they kept getting stronger. Obviously at 20 weeks there's not much they can do for baby so they've managed after a bit of a fight to stop my contractions with a few injections. This is the second time this has happened but this was much worse than the first time. I was just wondering if anything along these lines had ever happened to anyone else? It's really scary and can be reoccurring now until baby arrives. X

awww hun hope your OK? haven't been through this but didn't want to read and run. please monitor yourself closely and don't hesitate at all with going up to the hospital. are they going to keep a closer eye on you? xx

There was a girl on here who had the same but I'm not sure what the end outcome was. Another girls waters went really early so she was kept in hospital and delivered around 34 weeks. Try to stay positive hun because as the weeks go by baby will get stronger & stronger and as raych mentioned keep a close eye and try to do too much. I hope it'll all be ok x

My ex sil delivered her lg at 22weeks 4years ago. They can do wonders these days. Keep positive and trust your body

Thank you for the lovely comments. I came home last last night, they are going to keep me on regular medication for the next 8 weeks to get me to 28 weeks then they will take away all medication and they'll let me go naturally. If I can't handle the pain in the mean time I've been told I must go straight back into hospital & then i may have to stay in until baby arrives. Xx
