do you even feel when your dilating, nd what do contractions feel like i keep getting sharp sharp sharp ass pains on my belly from top to bottom....omg help.... i am not scared like run to e.r but i really want to know this feeling is normal so i can go to sleep with peace of mind.

i dont even know how to time like push start when i feel it. but what about how long it lasts and then when it stops and comes back. like im clueless
I don't think you can feel yourself dilating but my contractions felt like super period cramps from hell and they just get closer and stronger as time goes on.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I'm literally crying of the horrible symptoms. Ladies I feel like I can't do it anymore. 😢😢😢😢 it feels so horrible.

Why can't other mom's just be there for other mom's and work together and help each other not bash other mom's because when other mom's bash other mom's it makes us feel like we aren't doing a good job at least that's how I feel when I get bashed.
You time them from the very beginning of one, like when it starts hurting, until the beginning of the next one.
