Maybe TMI just a warning: I had to get my membranes swept/stripped yesterday. I can't go over 39 weeks so I scheduled to be induced August 30 @7:30am next Tuesday if I make it the weekend. I have been cramping uncomfortable and having contractions all day. I lost what I hope was the whole plug was like 2 inch long and have had the "bloody pink brownish show" all day. Have gone through pad after pad after pad almost like a menstrual cycle just no bright blood. I was 1 cm dilated still and 70% effaced baby is engaged in position and waters bulging. I'm pretty sure I am more dilated and more thinned out. I've had some severe contractions and have used an app to time them. I'm washing baby's stuff for her bag right now because I just had my baby shower Saturday. My stuff is 3/4 packed. I'm in a lot of pain not eating severe pain bad headache back ache and exhausted and shaky from the pain. Never slept last night maybe 2/3 cat naps reading stuff what's normal and not which maybe me fall alseppy so at some points. Contemplating going to the hospital even though I have an OB appt tomorrow. Idk what to do

you should go , I had my membranes swept at 39 weeks a d the same happened to me . My contracted weren't consistent but I was in labor . They had to give me pitocin to speed it up . Good luck hun

I would go worst thing they will do is send you home

We are on the way. I am dehydrated badly with a massive headache and I'm leaking some brown fluid. I hope the baby didn't poop already. At least they can see what's up and if sent home this is good practice because we live a good bit away and everything is ready to go
