i heard doggy style with a pillow under your belly for support but not sure how true that is or not.

The important thing is that the semen stays in your vagina for as long as possible. So after you're done, prop up your butt as high as possible (without be by uncomfortable), maybe 10-15 minutes. It won't break your water, but it's a good start. It didn't work for us tho

I will try that @arivera64 @ninanicole2 have either of you gotten a sweep before? if so how long did the spotting last after you got it? and is it okay to take a bath right now?

i got a sweep with my last baby but that was 4 years ago, so i really dont remember the dos and donts.

i had a sweep also with each pregnancy. My spotting lasted a day or 2. Yes you can have a bath until your water breaks

okay and is it normal for it to stop and then start again( the spotting) and good to know I will be taking a bath it might be my finally for a couple months :) @arivera64

yeah...as long as you don't start bleeding crazy like a period you are ok but if you are ever concerned please don't hesitate to call the doc. Good luck. Hope you have a baby soon
