Aubriella had her eye appointment with the Optician.. She had to have her eyes dilated! She didn't like getting the drops put in because I had to lay her back.. She HATES laying back now she wants to sit up lol The eye doctor said everything looks fine as of right now...He believes it's a hemangioma. But the only way to know for sure is to do a scan... To do a scan she would have to be sedated... 😔 SO she's gonna be alternating between 2 doctors every 2-3 months over a period of several years... They're monitoring her very closely because of it being so close to her eye and hemangiomas can grow very large.. If that happens they will remove it because we don't want permanent damage nor do we want it to effect her vision in any way! She sees the 2nd doctor on Thursday.. They're going to put her on a medication that can either do a 1 of a few things.. 1 stunting its growth 2 making it go away faster (only if it's a true hemangioma) or 3 it might not do anything at all.. As for now her retinas look perfect and her corneas look just as good so we're happy! It's just apart of who she is and to us she's still just as perfect as the day she was born 😊

Oh ok. So not really preemie, but early. I ask because hemangiomas happen more frequently in Preemie's. My son has one and us on medication for it. Your post reminded me of when my son had visits with the ophthalmologist to check for ROP which is another preemie thing.
Ladies yesterday I posted about my daughter's feet they looked like they were red and had bumps well they look a lot better but now it's her stomach and chest it looks like a rash. She does have eczema so idk if I should take her into the hospital or not. Also I was bathing her and she tried getting up and hit her eye on the tub I feel like such a bad mom right now... does it look like she needs stitches. It's not bleeding
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
So it's hard for me because my 16 year old past the test when she was in third grade and my niece passed it last year and now all my daughter's friends will be going to the third grade and she will be repeating and I don't want to send her back to the same school to be bullied because she has to repeat a grade and so I'm looking into other schools but see the thing is you teach her something she gets it then you go back to it and she like I don't know it so frustrating and she likes to wonder of...
33 weeks 4 days today !! Had my appointment today for biophysical profile, and growth scan. At 28 weeks, she was in the 31 percentile, weighing 2 pounds and 1 ounce. Now she is in the 17th percentile, weighing 3 pounds and 1 ounce. She was 2 weeks early because the cord was around her neck 3 times.. I had contractions at the peak of them her heart rate would drop drastically.. I had weekly NSTs because I have high blood pressure! That routine scan saved her life@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom
