Tips on weaning from breastfeeding???

i should point out that I'm already supplementing

I started putting 3/4 breastmilk 1/4 formula and up the amount over a week or two until she was all the way switched to formula

Start with middle of the day feedings, replace with milk/juice/water/ whatever, leave night feedings for last
