I'm 15 weeks and 3 days pregnant. is it safe to eat pineapple and also is it safe to have vitiam chewable orange tablets. I've avoiding pineapple until I got some fruit boxes and it does have pineapple in it. will that hurt the baby. Thanks

someone said to me eating pineapple can make your cervix dilated.

Would pineapple juice have the same effect as pineapple?
mioaurellia It's the acid in pineapples, your taste buds can get bitter afterwards as well.. you can try

My mom does the advocare program and looses weight on it .. i want to look into it after the baby is here. Hopefully they have something safe for breastfeeding
