I'm only pumping 2-3 oz on a good day Mayb 4 😑but it doesn't seem like it's filling him up & nursing him has become so uncomfortable my nipples are so raw & I'm in so much pain 😪😪😪

Try the nipple creams. My nipples hurt so bad, every time I breastfeed tears would come down my eyes. I'd also bleed. Until I started using the nipple cream. It helps enough to get through the pain. Soon enough, it'll stop hurting.

what position do you nurse him in now? have tried different ones? I had to nurse using the football hold on my left just because of the way she would latch. now we can do any position but maybe you just need to change it up a bit.

Try getting a nipple guard. It saved me and was what allowed me to get through the first few weeks of breast feeding.
