The closer it gets to my due date, the more scared I get. I'm not good with pain at all. ☹

the epidural is the way to go then. An don't worry about that hurting. it's just a slight poke (you probably won't even feel it) then they run the tube in an your good. An the good thing is if you run out just tell them an they will refill it! the only thing that hurt with mine is I was laying sideways so it didn't go right in the spot an he was moving it around an that hurt some but no where near the contractions!

An a little tip. if your not good with pain then when they start your pitocin I would get the epidural not to long after they get it going. An especially before they break your water! good God that hurt when your contraction an they have there long ass hook looking thing up in there. your contractions will get harder faster with being induce especially when your water gets broke. I lasted two hours after mine broke an was shaking really bad cause I wasn't getting a break with the contractions. An while you can sleep! the epidural held me relax an progress really fast an I finally got sleep!

I'm sure he will. I plan my induction at 39weeks an i didnt have him till the day I turn 41weeks. but they say if it's your first then your likely to go to 41weeks

At 37 weeks I was 30% effaced and not dilated. At 38 weeks I was still not dilated but 50% effaced and at 39 weeks I was 1cm and he didn't say how much I was effaced. Babygirl is taking her precious time 😅. I go back Thursday and I'll be 40+4 so hopefully he'll talk about inducing me or something. @jaxxonambrosehirschmommy

I went to 41weeks! An still wasn't progressing much. walk walk walk!! I finally did an started contracting an lost all my plug. bounce on a excise ball to! An sex!!

it's not to bad. just rest as much as you can! I couldn't 12hours later me an my baby got life flighted to Texas children's an i had to be walking around an doing alot I wasn't suppose to be. An I'm 6 weeks pp now an still haven't heald all the way because of it. just take it easy an you will be ok. warm baths feel amazing when your hurting

don't be scared! if you naturally the pain is manageable I was in Labour on my own but they wanted to get things started faster an i got the pill an pitocin then they keep uping it an the pain did get harder to mange. but you can go in an say you want the epidural an they will give it to you! I wouldn't dilate past a 2 an got it an had him 10 hours later! you got this! you don't even think about the pain when you get that close to holding your baby! (:
