I literally feel so sick all the time and am now constipated (tmi sorry...) I don't know what to do... 8 week appointment this week but i think not going to the bathroom is making it worse... What can I do to help with this?

It use to be bread and cheese made me sick and now it doesn't even do that I've tried it. @heykira and @ainsleighsmumma I can't stand the taste of peppermint I try spearmint gum and stuff like that but can't do peppermint... I literally have morning sickness all day everyday since like 3 weeks
More water/ apple or prune juice will help with the constipation. If it's bad you might need a stool softener. Peppermints should help any nausea
What normally gives you stomach problems? You could try that, it might help especially if you know it'll tear you up.

I wish I could help more but I honestly had the opposite problem in the first trimester, couldn't stay off the pot. Now that I'm further along I find the only thing that semi helps is drinking milk (she turned me intolerant) and even then it doesn't really make a different for long @ccallas
@heykira, I've done water and I've tried Apple sauce I can't manage to drink apple juice. I will try stool softners tomorrow I guess
Have you tried stool softener or apple juice? Fiber? And lots of water to keep things flowing!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

@ccallas, talk to your doctor. You might have HG if so they can prescribe a medicine that will help ypu
