My poor pup! Need advice!!!!!

My dog is 13. I took her to the vet yesterday for her regular check up and because I had a few concerns about her hearing and seizures. It turns out she is going deaf, about 80-90% there and she now has to be on Phenobarbital for her seizures every 12 hours.

This is my first child and I found out late like 5 months going on 6.
