They told me I didn't have to fast for the one hour either. They did mention eggs though, so you're onto something there! They told me eat a high protein breakfast

Idk why I'm just not worried about it. I probably should be lol I already planned on only eating something small tomorrow or nothing at all. They didn't tell me to fast or anything and I totally forgot to ask so I'm just going off of what other people have done. @heykira

Hopefully it doesn't mess with things! I've read they're supposed to be in the morning but that might be the 3 hour. I failed myself by 6 points with the one hour by drinking one of those bottled Starbucks coffees that morning. @usmcwife
