When did you mommas start tummy time?

i was told just to start it when they lay on you and then start adding a few min here and there on a blanket or bobby each day after leaving the hospital.

As soon as we came home from the hospital

Our pediatrician just cleared us for it and my baby is 3 weeks

Once the umbilical stump fell off

yea thats around when they hold there heads up and have more strength
