So I met with my OB for the first time and she said based on my last menstrual period my due date will be February 12th 2017 should I go by what my OB says or wait for my ultrasound to determine the due date?

Due date How likely are you to actually give birth on your due date, especially with your first kid? I don't want him to come on his exact due date because I don't want him to share a birthday with a certain someone.

Id go by that because baby can measure bigger or smaller.

one of the last times i went my baby started measuring bigger and was a week ahead but my ob said she was going to keep the same due date. with my daughter she measured smaller then what I was for longest time and that ob said i did not get pregnant when i did. then she got bigger and started measuring bigger then they move my due date.

Ultrasound... Well that was for me. I ovulated a week early so my lmp and due date are a week off...

ultrasound but if your due date stay Feb 12 congrats my twins were born Feb 12. but congrats either way
