Nooooo definitely can happen at the top, when I was pushing they were all in the top of my stomach

No mine happen at the top and in my lower back and the ones in the back are hard to traces but they hurt like hell

Moms with more than one pregnancy...when you got pregnant with your second child did you have a stomach pouch or a fat stomach to begin with? I don't have that big of a stomach but it's big to me and I'm worried if it will take longer to show?
