so excited to be almost 3cm dilated and 100% effaced 🙌🏾 after being 0cm and 0% effaced last Monday. My dr. doesn't think I will make it to the next apt.

@kvanpage21, all I did was walk for a hour straight , drink lots of water , and squat

Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

I WANT THIS BABY OUT.
I'M EFFACED(not sure of percentage, she said REALLY effaced) and 3cm dialated but NO BABY.
