what helps induce labor ! got the OK from doctor am 39 weeks

I didn't have sex too much it just took me once that day lol I guess he had a LOAD 😂😂 & then it was rather rough so idk if that played part or not

i would say 2-3 times a day cause thats how much i would get it daily & it helped ALOT !! it will help with getting your cervix ready for labour & the semen in the the mans sperm helps soften your cervix (: @amberr

sex! he has to ejaculate inside you tho. me and my man had sex the night before i went into labour & when i went to the hospital at 7am in the morning i was 8cm dialated. also walking and squats help out alot or a yoga ball :) do not use castor oil !!
