I got an epidural and I'm 3 weeks into motherhood. I can't really work out so I was hula hooping with my niece for a little exercise. my back is killing me now geez right were I got the epidural I feel like I can not turn or anything.

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

geez I won't I wish I would have waited cause I went in at 2cm got to 5cm in an hour then got the epidural sat for 12 hours before having my little bear and it was like 30 minutes of pushing
