Does anyone have a baby with acid reflex? My son is almost 3 months old and he has it and since he was 2 months old he has been drooling a lot and bitting his hand and his pedi says it's the reflex and couldn't be teething... Anyone else know if that's right..?

@kbrown91, thanks!!! I took this pic it isn't at the top of his gums its at the bottom and idk what it is the dr said it isn't a cyst or mouth sore and she said he is for sure not teething 😡 switching pedis! She thinks it's not teething and that it has to do with his acid reflux and that him drooling is spit up, I know the difference between spit up and drool! If it was spit up I would say so...

that could def be why he's fussy, every baby is different and some teeth early but don't cut them til later @mamajuls31

you can give him Tylenol, buy him some teething rings,or orajel. they even have dissolvable teething tablets. but for now I would maybe give him something cold to chew on. like maybe a cold clean wash clothe? just stick it in the freezer for a little while. @mamajuls31

@kbrown91, @hart.momma @jacesterlingsmommy what can I do for it? Is that the reason he is so fussy? Maybe I need to think about switching pedis... Lol she swears he can't be teething and that he is doing this because of reflux

Drooling and biting on their hands is a sign of teething. All 3 of my kids done this.

agree with @hart.momma . my son has reflux as well and is always chewing on his hands and drooling, so I think it's teething. He is almost 3 months old and been on meds since he was a month old.

Drooling & biting has nothing to do with reflux. Thad a sign of teething. My son has it & he chokes, throws up & his throat randomly burns.

i think my baby has pink eye :( he has his 2 month old check up on the 30th, is there anything i can do at home til then?? his eye is mucousy & drippy & has discharge. :(
Did or does anyone have a newborn (under a month old) who doesn't sleep at night? The second I put him in his crib he freaks out 😢
My son has had a flat head since 2 months old. Everytime he goes to the doctor I ask about it and she always says ‘do tummy time, prop him up, sit him up more’. He is now 8 months old and since 4 months has been always propped up. Should i get a second opinion because to me, his head is pretty darn flat
Outrageous! A 5 year old was detained and questioned at his school for taking a toy gun to show his friend. He was so scared he wet his pants and his parents weren't notified until 2 hours into the questioning. He was suspended for 10 days, but it was reduced to the 3 days he had already served after the parents and others complained. The school stated that the situation was handled appropriately and would be handled in a similar manner in the future.
