I been off my birth control pills since April this year
So I tried the raspberry leaf tea and pills today... I had 2 cups of the tea and 1 pill and I'm feeling these contractions mild but I feel them.....

I use this one, and like I said I put my 2 fenugreek pills (610 mg each) in it since I can't swallow them @mrs.mccormick
