Try and keep stress too a minimum, as this can affect your supply as well. Make sure you're eating, and try and keep what you're eating in a healthy range. I've heard caffeine can also decrease supply, although it's never affect mine. I drink a cup of coffee every morning and usually a coke later in the day. But I always, always drink atleast 32- 48 oz of water a day!
