I'm having the most difficult problems sleeping.. I'm always so freaking exhausted during the day, and at night when I finally lie down, I cannot sleep at all.. Any suggestions? 😩

Yes ma'am! Unisom as well- it's the same ingredient. I double and tripled checked with my doctor because I literally have to take it pretty much regularly. At least on work nights lol.
@usafwife, is benedryl safe to take? First time being pregnant, so I freak out about anything! Lol and thank you so much!!
@armywife2, Please thank your husband for his service! Unfortunately I have to take something to sleep, otherwise it doesn't happen. I am not even at the "uncomfortable " stage yet. I am just dealing with some major pregnancy insomnia! I take Benadryl and it has really helped! Good luck!
I'd kill for a foot rub from my hubby. He's deployed 😩 I have the fan, and my feet elevated, though @babynessa
Only way I could get comfy was with a body pillow, my feet elevated and a fan. plus my husband would get off work and massage my feet or back sometimes.
my safwife, I'm definitely going to have to try it! Sleeping isn't in my future any time soon :(
