Anybody Smoked Cigarettes Prior To Becoming Pregnant & How Did You Quit?
Yea I was so afraid of losing the pregnancy as I had a miscarriage before and I have an almost 3 year old it just scared me so much, that I quit right away
Cold turkey for me as well . I couldn't even finish my last cig after finding out I was pregnant . The guilt over powered . Nothing is more important than my child . I'm my baby's mother , her protector . We are supposed to keep our babies away from harm , not be the cause of harm . Google what can happen from smoking while pregnant . It'll help . I went from smoking a pack a day to cold turkey quiting ! If I can do that anythings possible lol I loved my cigs . The first week was the worse for me , an I still crave them ,But now I have a beautiful healthy daughter , way better than a million cigarettes . Just stay positive momma you can do it 💜❤️💜
I quit cigarettes as soon as I found out! it was easy with the motivation of the little one growing inside me. smoking weed was harder for me, it helped with my nausea....I was sick throughout my whole first trimester!
Yeah I quit weed as well. But the cigarettes kind of did itself because it made me nauseous. But I think it will happen, don't stress over it too much because it will make it harder. At least for me it did lol
Thanks Y'all! It's Been Sooo Hard To Quit.. Although It Was Easy To Give Up Weed.. Cigarettes Are Still A Big Issue Hopefully Once I Hit 9 Weeks I'll Be Better Off! @megbaby07 @newmommyonmyblock @firsttimegypsymama @kvanpage21 @michelle2220
I smoked one a couple days before I found out I was pregnant and it made me sick. I haven't smoked one since.
I stopped at like 9 weeks and it was hard trying to quit but my hormones made me not want cigarettes anymore so I just stopped completely and gave my cigarettes to my friend. it was the same with my first
Cold turkey I was so sick to my stomach that it made it easy now I think it's just gross! My husband quit to that made it easier!
I quit cold turkey once I found out I was pregnant....I did smoke my last two in the pack because I was in shock after taking a pregnancy test lol.....morning sickness hit me around 9-10 weeks with heightened sense of smell & I couldn't stand the smell of smoke!!....as time went on it was easy... don't ever want to pick that habit back up again....I stop allowing people to smoke in my home....& I don't want it around my baby once he's born..... it might sound tough....but you can do it momma!! good luck😃
I smoked weed and cigs and just quit with all of my kids. It's harder for me to quit smoking bud than cigs but within a week of finding out I was done with both you can do it ... Mind over matter
