**Question** Does anyone that is breastfeeding have a chunky baby?

My baby is 6 months and 22 pounds and he's breastfed

my little girl is chunky

and breastfed

Every baby is different regardless of breast or bottle. I will say though that breastmilk metabolizes faster than formula. My first son was formula fed and was average. My second was chunky and was fed half and half. My breastfed baby was/is slim and was exclusively breastfed. He is 2 1/2 weighing in at 23lbs

My baby girl was born August 12th and she was 8 pounds 7 ounces. Today, she's 9 pounds. She had gained back what she lost plus a ounce 2 days after we came home from the hospital.

my nephew was breastfed born 6lbs and he was extremely chunky after a couple of months. Breastfed babies get real chunky. We wouldn't have milk in our breast if it wasn't for feeding purposes. Kinda like having legs to walk, eyes to see... Its a choice.. Either way you have to feed your baby.

She's exclusively breastfed too

my son was chunky breastfed and is...just...wow formula fed. I believe he is around 15 lbs? and is 3 months old. my daughter's godmother's 4 month old is smaller then my son and is formula fed

I thought breast fed babies were way chunkier

First two months my son was small then he got ginormous.

My niece was breastfed and she was super chunky! She was wearing 12 month clothes at 3 months.
