I freaking out a little because my induction date is the 29th and Im thinking who is going to be with me after my husband goes back to work. He will only be out for a week. Our family lives in SC. His mom is coming for a week when he will be home with me. My sister is coming Sept 15 which is baby boys due date and my mom is coming when he is 6 weeks to help me transition back to work and hold off putting baby boy in daycare. My husband is like I'll be fine but I'm really nervous being home with my 2 week old with no one around. Also because this is my rainbow baby I'm concerned about my emotions. I feel I'll need emotional support more than anything. Has any other moms experience this and how did you adjust?
@kvanpage21, I had a stillbirth this time last year and baby boy has excessive coils in his cord as well as a marginal insertion cord. So they are inducing me at 37 weeks.
Thank you and feel free to contact me when you need someone to talk to as well
You are not overthinking! If you need someone to talk to I'm here cause I need someone to talk to sometimes too...no one told me how hard it is to take care of a baby and how much sleep you lose, if it wasn't for losing sleep taking care of a newborn wouldn't be so hard
@babyross, thank you for that. My husband feels im overthinking things. He's like I'm going to be a great mom but this is time I wish we lived near family. Congrats by the way!
Also just giving someone a call and ask them questions and just talking to them helps A LOT
It's really hard taking care of a newborn by yourself I have had to do it my fiancé works all the time my son is 3 weeks old btw, and I have also been dealing with post pardom issues which makes it harder but I wouldn't worry to much your mother instincts kick in right after you have the baby its crazy
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
I’ve likely been exposed to the corona virus. My coworker has been at work all week while her husband was at home waiting for his test results to come back. He tested positive.
My boy arrived at 35 weeks on the 13th December. He weighed 6lb 11oz and is doing brilliantly. He's coming home with me tomorrow xx
I'm sorry love, I wish you the best of luck!
