I need some advice on increasing my milk supply to pump. I've been breastfeeding for 7 months now and I have no milk stored in my freezer. I want to start giving my son a bottle before bed but when I pump.... 😏 nothing... Nada...zip ..... 😖

my milk didn't come in yet because I was squeezing my nipples everyday until I tried the Malta and next day them thangs were squirting. Don't tell me it stops 😢😢😢
