I'm stressing out big time. My milk production is getting lower and lower. I exclusively pump, so I just watch in horror as my milk dwindles away. I'm terrified. I have tried the milk flow packets, and drank three a day, but they didn't seem to work as well as I had hoped and they're expensive. I also tried lactation cookies, but I didn't see a difference with them. Ugh... I'm trying not to stress, but I just can't help it 😫

have you ever taken fenugreek? im ebf but I seem to have so much milk from the fenugreek. take your prenatals, get enough calories and dont skip eating the good fats.
Oh! I won't lie, I don't eat much leafy greens. I love them though, so I'll definitely try that!! I'm doing everything I can to keep from losing my milk. Someone else told me today to try cluster pumping and that as long as I'm still getting milk, it's possible to get my supply back to full again. But each day it seems like it's less and less!
Make sure that your still pumping as often as u have and keep hydrated.. Dark leafy greens, and whole grains like oatmeal help:)

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Fenugreek was in the milk flow I was drinking. I'm not sure if it had enough of it though. They didn't seem to give me that much more, so maybe I need to up the amount? I know I don't drink enough water, could that have something to do with it?
