Are there any breastfeeding moms on here? Helpppp what can I eat or drink to produce more milk?????? I've tried "Mothers Milk tea" and oatmeal
I'm just confused I was told I can pump but I thought my milk supply would kick in fast bcuz this is my 2 pregnancy
imma stop pumping and see how it goes... @cubanese @dcb012 I really appreciate your advice😊
Also, some women just can't pump..... I'm not really sure why but they can't... They get nearly nothing ever but babies nursed are more than satisfied
But do you need to pump?? Most lactation consultants say not to pump till at least 6 weeks. Obviously some mommas have to go to work and school before then and have to. However at 3 weeks your baby may only be eating 2-4 oz at a time so getting 2 oz pumped while nursing may be actually good.
Is there a reason you're needing more milk already? How old is baby?
more and more water .. @arivera64 and @cubanese cane give better advice than I can
I agree with @withlovechris !!! The fenugreek is amazing. I have been using it and my milk supply has doubled
Avocado , blue Gatorade, oatmeal (not instant), lots of water , and definitely check Pinterest!

What age did you start giving your kids flavored milk?
Whole milk vs organic milk?
Which is better?
Is soy formula milk better than enfamil formula (cows milk)?
Im trying to be vegetarian and dont want my 3 month old drinking cows milk anymore. Would it be okay to switch??
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!

The best chocolate milk in the world.
Milk supply doesn't care which baby it is :/ my first I had a great one and my 2nd I lost everything by the time she was 3 weeks. Babies have tiny tummies right now so they can't hold much which is why they eat ALL the time. But you do need to let your milk regulate otherwise you'll become very engorged and "drown" the baby with milk.
