Hey mommas!
New to this group, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this in the first few weeks of pregnancy! My breasts have been sore for weeks, but whenever I go into an air conditioned store or God forbid a pool (hello summer!), my nipples ache like crazy, and it doesn't stop until I'm out of the cold environment for awhile. Anyone have any remedies for this?? I'm finding myself looking crazy and bee lining to the door in every store I go into these days, haha.

me. my only remedy was to wear breast pads. as a barrier against the cold

Try a padded bra as well. My nipples have been sensitive my entire pregnancy & the cold doesn't help at all!

That was my first symptom of pregnancy. I had to wear a bra all the time, except for showering. Anytime I didn't have one, they hurt so much more. They are growing and preparing to make milk, but I don't understand why it has to be painful...
