Sleeping in on my only day off? Macey said no.. ive been awake since 6 plus every time I've got up with her in the night.. I guess I'll start cleaning the house.. my exhaustion levels are through the roof is affecting my milk supply and health:/

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

Hydrate!!! I know it sounds silly but it works wonders if you keep up on your water intake. I used to work graveyard 6 nights a week and coffee did nothing for me but when I kept hydrated it was all so easy. I still do the same now
