yes and she has his last name but when the nurse who did all the birth certificate came in she said this gives you no legal right to her this just means you are responsible for her like you would have to pay child support @riahlala3

I will shoot him and do life before he ever takes my baby away from me... I'm sorry your having to deal with this situation hun... he would never try that since he has a warrant out for his arrest and since he's been in trouble with the law multiple times while I never even got a detention In high school let alone been arrested @laynedaniel
