how can i unclog my ducts before mastitis comes? my right breast has been clogged for about 3 days, ive been nursing starting on the right, had my so suck it while i massage it, had him massage it as i pump, and hand expressed. one side has softened up but the middle and the other side still have hard spots. not in pain but im afraid of mastitis
