Does anyone else get that random sharp pain, where it kinda feels like he's pushing himself out?…

Does anyone else get that random sharp pain, where it kinda feels like he's pushing himself out? It's hard to describe but I've noticed every time I stand up or walking around it happens. I've had lightening crotch and this is far more stronger and feels like it's from my abdomen down to my vagina. Anybody know what it is?
