My birth story 🙆🏼🙆🏼😅 16/08 I went to the hospital for reduced fetal movement, I was monitored and examined and told I was measuring small this came as a massive shock as she was supposedly 7lb7oz. I was rushed off for an emergency growth scan to be told that my princess' growth rate had severely dropped to the point where she weighed roughly 6lb13oz. With the reduced movement the doctor had decided I was to be induced and not to leave the hospital without my baby. This reduced me to tears I couldn't help but think I could have done more. So I was moved up onto a ward where I was monitored for a few hours and they were happy with little ones movements so I was able to sleep. I woke in the morning at aprox 6am with a few belly cramps, I thought I had naturally gone into slow labour however this still meant I was to be induced. I moved down onto delivery suite at around 11:30am where I was examined and had a pessary inserted at 12pm. I was continuously monitored throughout the day. I had a walk around with my other half and mom. At around 5pm I was having pains that were fairly strong but nothing excruciating so I sent my other half home to get some rest as I knew they could take up to 24hours to work. He left however mom stayed at around 6pm these pains were heavy and coming stronger and faster when the midwife came back in to check the monitor I asked what my contractions looked like to have the response "these aren't contractions they're little niggles from the pessary it can't be painful as we're trying to force your body to give birth" shocked that I was in so much pain and it wasn't labour I asked for some pain relief. I was given cocodimol which I threw up 1 hour later. The midwife suggested a bath, when she was told that I was in agony. At this point I was hands and knees gripping the bed for dear life shaking uncontrollably. The cheeky cow of a midwife turned round when my mom told her that this wasn't normal (she feared a reaction to the pessary ) and said that she's doesn't know my pain threshold and that labour will hurt me more. I was refused an examination as I wasn't dilated at 12pm. I had a change of midwifes and this lady offered me pethodine, under the illusion I wasn't in labour I was relieved. However they couldn't find the doctor to prescribe it which was a good thing in reflection. I was being monitored and I felt my stomach crontract/ niggle as she said. I got this sudden urge for a number two so I went to the toilet still shaking and in agony and the pessary popped out, along with a number 2. I went back to the room to tell the woman and they had swapped midwifes again to get me the pethodine. When I told her she decided to examine me. Little to find out that I wasn't being a drama queen that the other midwife made out I was 6cm dilated and ready to give birth pretty soon. My mom got my other half up to the hospital as fast as possible as I was transferred into the delivery room. I was walking down the corridor and I had a huge contraction, the pain was unbearable. I got into the room onto the bed still shaking through the pain to finally be offered gas and air. The first bit of pain relief throughout the whole labour. It took approximately 45 minutes for me to dilate to 10cm when my waters went and I had this massive urge to push. On the next contraction my gorgeous little girl graced us with her presence at 11:43pm 17/08/16 weighing 6lb7oz (smaller than expected) but as healthy as ever. I had a rough time with the labour due to people not listening to me and making their own assumptions. But I'm so happy with how the birth went.

So we got in super late last night. Had to carry my daughter to bed. She had the nerve to try and wake me up at 7:30am saying she wanted breakfast. Smh (She wanted me to fix her a spread)🙄 I told her to choose some cereal. I'll fix her a bowl. Of course there wasn't any cereal that she wanted today 😴 I told her spoiled ass to figure it out and I went back to sleep 😂🤣 She ate an eggo.

My triplets were born via emergency c-section.... on Monday I had an appt with my ob at 6pm and he said I was still 2cm dilated, then I went home and was having servere pain that came and go and would wake me up from sleep, they were coming from 2 to 17 min apart, and I couldn't walk, and I had an extreme urge to pee, and that was new, so my mom came and took me to the hospital, and they hooked me and the babies up to the monitors and I wasn't contracting as much as I had thought, come to find out when they checked me that I was 4 cm and baby a's foot was coming through my cervix, so that was causing the pain... they called my ob and got a team ready to deliver my babies... they were born at 1:07, 1:08, 1:09 am on Tuesday morning
