Put a heating pad on your leg. It should help relax your muscle.
I don't have a pool and my bath tub is too small lol oh and taking anything other than Tylenol I won't because I don't want to hurt my son. I will just get used to this because labor is a lot worse
Have you tried a bath or going in the pool. I went in the pool a lot when I was pregnant because of back pain.
Stretch, warm compress? You can try sitting on a towel and kind of leaning towards your right butt cheek it hurts really bad but, can help a bit :/
