Sorry if it's TMI but I'm over being constipated or feeling like I'm pushing a 10lb baby out my asshole😂😂 plus I have no AC so I'm sweating everywhere face,back,ass,back of legs, underboobs. Ugh kill me now lol

the medicine I'm on makes me very constipated along with being 36 weeks pregnant lol. But one thing I've noticed is Welches grape juice with extra fiber works pretty well. Typically I throw it up but when I can keep it down it will sometimes get things going. Also a lot of doctors will discourage a laxative but are ok with stool softeners like Collace.

giiirrrrrllllll, I'm dealing with that now that zay's born... I'm either constipated, or take the stool softeners they gave me and the opposite happen.... There's no easy medium for me! 😥😥😥

girl, yes! I can't wait till my system and everything get back to normal.... but it's nothing I hate more than wearing these damn pads (instead of tampons).....
