I would call her pediatrician and tell her what's going on so she can suggest what to do.

you can bicycle her legs, depending on age you can dilute prune juice and feed it to her, Apple or pear juice is fine too. her doctor may recommend a suppository or to change which formula your baby is eating. I'm currently having the same types of issues with my daughter and doctor just switched her to Alimentum. good luck!
