I'm 3weeks postpartum and I can not control my bladder what do ever as soon as my pee hits I have to run to the toilet or i will just owe myself. why is this happening an what can I do to stop it ?

it happened to me also. That area is still trying to go back to normal. If you're not too sore you can do kegels but mine just went back to normal after a while
