Does anybody know if amoxicillin will cause a yeast infection or anything? I got prescribed it today for a throat infection. I think I read somewhere that it will cause one, but can't really recall exactly.
Has anyone on here had sex before the 6 weeks after giving birth and gotten pregnant? I know you’re supposed to wait and it can cause infection, I’m just asking if it’s happened.

Update on Scarlett Her post mortum came back inconclusive, so we are still unsure what caused her to pass. Tests have shown her body had no infection, so all this 'viral infection' and tonsillitis diagnosis from the doctors where incorrect.
I got a bladder infection due to me drinking Cool aid, Orange juice, and Soda 😣😣😣 hate myself for this..bthe infection can cause pre mature labor and my baby can also have an infection. I pray that everything goes good w our health or at least my baby. 😭 #junebaby
Any ladies had a yeast infection while pregnant? Doctor said I also have a yeast infection, I have been in extravagant pain and didn't think a yeast infection could ever cause so much pain

You could also eat a yogurt a day. I do that when I take antibiotics and the it helps replace the good bacteria. Then you might not need to take another medication

yes, antibiotics cause yeast infections bc it throws off your natural (good) bacterial balance. anytime I got antibiotics, I'd have them write a Rx for the yeast infection

yes antibiotics can bring on infections because they kill bacteria in the body....sometimes even the good bacteria that keeps our vagina healthy
